Check my vid on my Avengers diorama I did. Took over 6 months :p (click signature)

I'm still working on my other cabinets before I submit anything to the "Featured Collector" page at SS. Doing some smaller dios like you've done here.

Thanks!

Here's a bit of a behind-the-scenes shot of the setup for one of my Speederbike shots. This was at my old studio at Sideshow.

It would be really cool, and educational, to see a video done when you are doing a shoot like this. Insights of what your mind's eye sees.....How to achieve lighting effects etc.

"How To Be A Poser" on steroids :D

I agree. Sadly, that ship has sailed. All of the diorama bits and all of that high-end lighting were left behind when I left Sideshow. No more environmental images for me ... for now.

Oh sorry. Didn't know you were no longer there. People compliment my poses often, so I've been chewing on doing some 'how to's myself.

It's funny how many times I see your "poser" poses in posts here :)

Edit: ah, I see "former" in first post now

That's pretty magnificent. Definitely an ideal display.

Everything I've done that's been similar was never meant to last more than a day or two. And it always looked completely different when you weren't looking through the lens.

Hey, didn't I say I was going to be doing some before-and-after photos? Oops. Hang on a minute...

This is great. I was actually looking for photos for creating some diorama settings for my figures. Amazing work. The Hoth and Endor scenes are super helpful.

Glad you could benefit. :wave

Here's Fred...

Oh my goodness. The BTS ones are so cool to see. These pictures are absolutely ridiculous.

Eyes: "Dude, these are movie stills."
Brain: "Stop nerding out, these are 1/6 scale toys."
Wallet: "Buy toys. Take pictures."

:lol
