The fiasco was that many who pre-ordered Goku didn't get there's until weeks after everyone else. (happened to me, to add insult to injury USPS then lost it......then found it.....then delivered it to me)

I think he's referring to how Gokou kept getting delayed over n over

But I don't think that's gonna happen with 18.. my tracking info says she'll be here in a couple of weeks so we shall see

Oh...I don't think that's what happened with my order. I had an estimated shipping date showing the end of July. BUT...then I changed my billing info and now it says backordered in my order status. Basically, it looks like I lost my place in line for the preorder when I changed my billing info

You sure you aren't being fooled by the many many many great Vegito customs out there? I think of all I've seen the best is by gil of figurerealm.com.
He actually added more spikes to the hair and added some white highlights which look awesome.

I just did the same thing, came up with nothing as well.

I remembered that they have a panel at Anime Expo in France, I looked around for interviews but didn't see much (everyones speaking French anyway).

So we got some confirmations from Tamashii about upcoming figures at the La Anime Expo Panel. The info was taken from first hand accounts by anons.

-Nappa is back on the table if Broly is a success.
-Dragonball effect parts still kinda iffy as effect parts are expensive to make.
-Next DBZ figure is SS Vegito
-DbZ line will continue out of order, but will generally have a Buu saga focus
-New tamashii Buddies line Dbz and Sailor Moon confirmed
-Throned Lord Zed Figuarts Zero teased with blury image.
-may do shieldless green ranger as future sdcc exclusive
-Bluefin wants to do zeo or in space, they want fans to just pick one and keep spamming it on fb so bandai can stop saying the results are always mixed. Time Force also suggested.
-metal build titanfall under consideration along with pacific rim
-moving onto other series from monsterarts gamera hinted, showa godzilla still on back burner. Bluefin has been pushing titanosaurus on their own.
-Staged a fan reaction tuxedo mask hype video to show interest to Bandai Japan.

-Did not sound like they are going to continue with aliens or pred figures

Thank you TBlake, that's what I like to see.

I only wish I spoke French and could confirm this for myself if any video was taken while these statements were made. As the info stands now, I'm confident it's mostly legit (meaning that anything that's not legit, could be a result of miscommunication)

Well some of that was already clear, sounds really legit to me.

Vegito, I buy that right away. Considering the fact that it'll remain out of order I definitely expect 16 next year.

I also think Broly will be a success so that sounds good for Nappa.

Also: fine with ditching effect parts personally, they never turn out that great. Highly favor accessories for the specific character.

Can do m seperate or improvise with other stuff like saint seya or monster arts.

The Lord Zedd is a bit of a disappointment but still awesome if made. Will mean a ****load of detail.

I like all of this info I guess. Except that we'll get vegito before 16 but not a big gripe for me.

Vegito was a clear choice since it will be largely the same body as Goku (with modifications of course)

I wish to God they would carve out more room for his thigh swivel (near the ball) to increase his range of motion for twisting his leg left to right. For instance, the pose 17 is in would be impossible for Goku to do because he can't twist his thigh inward very far (if at all) while his leg is up.

I wish to god it's simply not a reusages of the goku mould.

Instead, it should be an improved mould that they can then use for a ssj2 goku.

And yes, thigh swivel and frontal foot angle articulation are my biggest problems with SHF so far. Especially the latter.

Well, thinking about it now, I'm not a fan of his sleeve pad placement (his sleeve is overlapped by his abdomen piece which restricts clavicle motion very much) It should be like Gohan's or Krillin's, where the sleeve pad overlaps the abdomen piece. Gohan can do a perfect 1:1 Kamehameha stance (charge, and fire) Goku's is a little off.

I guess anything that hinders motion, or destroys the sculpt too much, should be adjusted and are my only gripes. The latter isn't much of an issue with the Goku body, so my only complaints are with his range of motion being hindered.

This is my problem with some of the DBZ releases. Vegeta, Goku, and Krillin in particular have limited range in their ankles. From the looks of it, 17 seems to be a similar case.
