What does it mean that Vegito is "Pending licensor approval?" I mean I understand the concept of it but does it mean it's not a guarantee?

rather he's ok to be mass produced like that or not. for example if the sculptor and artist decides to give big ****s on some character or give a certain pose if we're talking about a statue here then it goes to pending aproval and the licensor guys (like warner bros, marvel, dc whoever the character/license belongs to) decides if its ok or not. if its not ok they go back to retweaking it.

Oh okay, that's pretty interesting. I wonder if they're absorbing all of the information from the collectors' opinion on the figure before they finalized it. Which seems to work since a lot of people feel the face needs to be retweaked.

It is the licensor/owner of the characters, okay that makes sense.

Theres every possibility since he was the last normal japanese release. I think at this point its literally just fan demand that will decide.

Is there a list on which ones came out when and how? I've heard about web exclusives and obviously the SDCC but I'm not sure which ones were normal Japanese releases.
