I messaged him if it was the original S.H Figuarts Perfect Cell and his response was "Yes, this is original item, brand new in sealed box." He's a top rated seller with 99.7% and there's a feedback from another Perfect Cell that says "Item Came in good condition! Satisfied Customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

Still though, cheaper than the original price makes me very cautious.

I dunno man. If its paypal you have nothing to lose; if he does a runner or doesnt send the item just report him to ebay to get your money back. I would say be extra cautious if he starts making excuses.

I know. They may be cheaper quality but they're catering to the market pretty damn well.
