yeeeah we're definitely gonna get Napper. I remember when Tamashii tweeted "his power is maximum," which was a clear reference to the classic Broly meme (of course there were still a few people that were skeptical & still adamant we will not get Broly). Then there was the most recent video interview where the Tamashii representative Adam-something revealed a reissue of Gohan was "foreseeable" months before they officially confirmed it, and when asked about Nappa y Shenron, he said due to Broly's success they in fact will be revisiting Shenron, articulated & all. So expect to see an official confirmation on that soon, too

Nappa will be great! Makes me want to have SDCC Vegeta to go with him since my Scouter Vegeta is currently set with Normal Goku. I'm pretty sure "#Over8000" does confirm Nappa especially after Broly's sales, which they said would mean Nappa is back on the table.

And btw even in books this type of changes occurs intentionally too. For example there's loaaaads of numbers that differ between the us and uk versions of harry potter.

Yeah in the manga it was 8000, one of the few cases where the "mistake" actually turned out being better than the original

I'm still hopeful that Nappa will be produced, but I'm thinking that Tamashii tweeted this out "for fun".

That'd have been a bit of a **** move. Tamashii's official twitter account shouldn't be a tv commenter. Advertise your products, or don't tweet.

ALso, **** the translation, Brian Drommund made that meme and he said it was over 9000. That meme wouldn't exist without Brian. The material might be over 8000, but the meme is over 9000.

Considering how Tamashii (internationally) and Bluefin (in the US) like to troll fans with their displays and CONSTANTLY showing off "sold-out" products it was only a matter of time before they did the same on Social Media.

Tamashii can tweet all the DBZ lines they want, I won't believe it until I see it.
