I love Faulconer's music of the dubbed versions but I also love the original Japanese track as well.
I've lost interest in DBZ over the years but hear lately I've been wanting to pick up the series and movies on Blu. I still have almost every ep on VHS.
Same here, I had all the Funi dub boxsets but I flipped them since I've seen them so many times and I can easily find it on Youtube or other Anime sites.
I was back into DBZ until I read and saw the stuff on Battle of the Gods... I think it's going to be a bust.
I dnt think it will be bad tbh, i think everyone is focusing on goku bein a ssj god and bills kickin his *** but there is still so much we dont know about the movie plus theres that other dude with bills not much has been said about him either
Honestly was there any dbz movie that was actually great the series was awesome movie were meh.this shouldnt be any different.
Most of the movies were mediocre and I think the Broly first movie is extremely overrated.
The only movies I liked were Bardock's and Future Trunks.
Bardocks movie was probbably the best one of all the movies just because it was the story of bardock and it ended with him dying and the villian winning in the end so it wasnt your stereo typical dbz movie* and im not counting that other movie were bardock somehow survived went back in time turned into the lssj and kicked freezas great great grandfathers but... Although i did think it was neat lol*

How hard was switching out Piccolo's head for you? I know mine was a pain in the ***!

Oddly, that was one of the more impressive and appreciated bits to me [The antennae]. Every Piccolo figure I had prior simply had the antennae flush to the head.
I thought the Medicom 1/6 was the best this figure is impressive at such a small scale..

Funpub has great music, but lousy dub
"krillin - " OH JEESE!" " Holey Crud" " Crud" all the time
Vegeta " DARN IIIIIIT!" is his go-to catchprase

it gets facepalmingly bad.
older subtitled versions are worse, becuase every third or fourth word is either sheet or fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu....
like the translator was ten and just learned to swear.

I agree. The Trunks and Bardock movies are the best because they are canon to the story, and both were great stories in themselves.
I always get worried they will snap off because I put them in my figure accessories drawer where I keep all stuff I don't use in my displays.
