As I said long ago, like everyone else, Cell's anime colors are inconsistent because he may be light colored there

But there, he's accurate to the Figuarts. And even then, a repaint wouldn't be that different or worthwhile compared to the other SDCC repaints.

The only possible repaint options they have are SSJ3, Cell, and Krillin (literally just the eyes). Personally I don't feel any of these are worthy of a repaint, yes even SSJ3. He actually IS anime accurate according to these pics even though he is not well liked among the figure fanbase. I think he's fine the way he is, though I may be in the minority. The mustard color is accurate when he has his aura around him much like the SDCC Goku has purple wristbands and belt. That said, he's still the most deserving out of the three to get a repaint. Cell needs to be slightly brighter but as you said it's not worthwhile.





I only want a repaint if it's something unique like Arlian Vegeta (as fugly as he may be, he's the most unique of them all), or something that goes from manga to anime.

No release date has been announced as far as I know for Trunks, I'm guessing it will depend on how well ssj 3 goku does ( if it does good then maybe we get him sooner)

Its weird that God ssj Goku and Gold Frieza are up on Anime Island etc, but not Ultimate Gohan. I want to preorder while I have the money dammit! [emoji13]

I not only inspired me in the SDCC Goku but also give the SS3's appearance that is updated in the BoG movie:

Although I know the SS3 was based on his first appearance I prefer that the end result is a figure that combines good next to the others in the collection.

I don't see why we'd get an american exclusive goku that has appeal to japan BUT if there's ever a point where I'd be fine if tamashii went cheap it's just throwing a skin matched ssj3 goku head on the manga ssj goku body and sell the **** out it. In ssj3 he's almost always powered up and bright as ****. Look at the manga goku and this picture that was already posted:

outside the shade that gi colour is LIGHTER than manga goku's and the shirt is super light blue. I still think the manga goku ssj body shade is fine (except for cell games goku cause he trained to be ssj without powering up). I don't need a repaint at all except of ssj3 goku's face and neck, slap it on the manga body like some people already do. Sell it.

And then release majin vegeta and kid buu as fast as ****in possible after RoF releases and we finally have the main cats of all sagas bar an OG Goku gi but I'll ignore that.

The SSJ3 release was really random. NOW is the time when he should've been released. Never thought about the manga body with the SSJ3. Edit: NEVER forget OG Goku. I've wanted one for so long. At least now with the SSGSS Goku, customs can be made with that belt of his. I feel that SSGSS Goku is the most perfect figure yet for customs. Seeing the pics Orbital posted prove that beyond a doubt.

My perfect OG Goku would have the same body as the normal Goku except with the new SSGSS belt and the different kanji maybe as decals to stick on him. That way you could buy multiples and simply apply the different kanji to make him from all the sagas.He would also come with a senzu bean bag and maybe a power pole and a fluffy nimbus as his personalized stand.

I would enjoy more accessories as such. Sensu beans and dragon balls seem like a no-brainer. And a nimbus stand for saiyan goku is my want.

I agree, prodigy, I'd prefer if saiyan Goku were a reg release. I just figured it'd be an easy repaint, perfect for an sdcc release. I'd dig a manga Trunks for the sdcc. If they did arlia vegeta I could def see them doing manga trunks, especially with the high demand for that figure.

Problem is that manga Trunks is a step backwards. The SDCC is aimed at American audiences and the anime is by far more popular than the manga. It's always been manga to anime not the other way around. I could see them doing Bojack Trunks or even Armored Trunks and that would still cater to the demand for Trunks but also give a new figure for those that already have the original Trunks. They could do a standard release of Armored Trunks with different hair styles since he changes his hair practically every episode in the show.

They could always just add boot tips to the existing Super Saiyan Vegeta and call that the exclusive. I also wouldn't mind seeing a slight retooling/repaint of Scouter Vegeta to get early Namek Vegeta. They could even do the late Namek Vegeta by modifying Super Saiyan Vegeta. Oh the possibilities!

I wish I customized! I would go mad though cuz it would take me forever just to make one figure. I wouldn't be satisfied until it's perfect.

Nice pics, he looks pretty good except for the different shading on the neck. If only they didn't make the skin tone of SSJ3 so orange I think it would be perfectly accepted. That's it most glaring flaw to me.

A father and son two pack would be insane! Now there's an idea for an exclusive.
