Idk, I think SDCC Gohan is one of the best figures they've released. No extra tanning (at least not on mine or any others I've seen). His colors are so vibrant, I love it.

Another think that surge to me now... if they release Goku (saga freezer) which prevents them from release goku (saga saiyan) ?

make me think if i really must buy two goku (saga freezer), or who know, if they release that goku from (saga saiyan). what would they expect?

because to me its easy, just buying the branjitas

Honestly, this year is going to be a bit disappointing for some folks. I had a feeling that after Broly and 16 we would see alot of quick and easy retools and repaints to even out the costs, and it appears to be the case, unless Tamashii surprises us and plans a last minute Buu or Beerus release in December, but really, no figure this year will be a truly "new" figure, even ssgss Goku and gold Frieza are retools. If ssgss Vegeta gets a last minute release he could be considered a new mold, since his suit seems entirely new.

I hereby dub this year "the year of repaints!"

We're gonna be seeing this Goku mold re-used for at least Saiyan Saga and perhaps BoG Goku (would simply need a belt swap). I mean why not?

Yeah, I can see that happening too. Namek Goku as the exclusive and Saiyan Goku as the regular version. I see a BoG Goku with black and pink heads so its different from the others and becomes a "must buy" (Yes, I know God Goku was slimmer, but this is tamashii we are talking about, they wont miss a chance to reuse their precious Goku mold again )

They could easily "re-release" SSJ3 Goku by head swapping onto this Goku's body and replacing the belt. It becomes a new figure and a pseudo re-release. If they're feeling frisky, they could bundle in normal and SSJ/SSJ2 heads too.

A lot of possibilities with this Goku. They've found a new body to exploit. Swapping kanji, belts, boots, and heads could make for REALLY easy releases.

Any minute now...we should see a battery powered super saiyan goku that has hair and sparks that lights up. Now that would be cool!

Good question. We will likely hear more later down the line. The older effects like the electricity and impact sets took a year to be released from reveal.

Seriously, whatever they release with the Dragon Ball license is guaranteed to sell. I mean, who doesn't know what DBZ is? My grandma knows who Goku is. It's quite possibly the most instantly recognizable anime franchise on the planet. They've got so many characters to play with too with such an expansive universe such as Dragon Ball. I understand their current strategy of capitalizing on the new movies/show as it's excellent for business. The old characters will sell, so they don't really have to worry about getting them out in a timely fashion. Each of us will have our "dream team" figures if we just wait long enough. That's the name of this game Tamashii is playing, patience.

Theres no "news" yet, but alex Blas of ageless geeks said he know knew the sdcc and that those looking for mexiGoku shouldnt bother. Its likely bluefin told him when he asked for sdcc stock what it was.

No. It says scouter vegeta ships on the 13th with sdcc recolor shipping out a couple of days after.

So basically...scouter vegeta on the 13th and sdcc vegeta on 15th

I didn't see Bulma's new look that they gave her until today. I saw some of Ressurection F that's on YouTube, and I really like how she looks now. I'm curious since Super is starting up within a month if we may see more supporting characters get a Figuarts release. I know there are plenty of people that will scream from the mountain tops TIEN TIEN! While others will bellow for Yamcha. But still!
