Battle damaged Goku better come with new face sculpts. Some Chinese collectors joked that a bloody recolored battle damaged ss goku should be the next sdcc exclusive

He comes with one new sculpt as far as we know so far, which imo is completely fair, we are getting the first totally new body sculpt for Goku since the line began. The ott angry face actually fits this Goku, thats the thing.

Why those wrong boots on goku though?: It's like tamashii is cursed to never deliver a perfect 10. That goku is so ****ing fantastic but dem boots... Just like, WHY, just...WHY!?

It's great to see boottips on vegeta but on the whole I do like the originals better in both cases. It's clear that they're ditching the white strand shading. Oh well.

He wont, thats a guarantee. He is simply a repaint of the original, he wont have anything new. If anything it will be ssgss Vegeta that has the normal head.

Wow, those look amazing, especially Vegeta and Goku! Its refreshing to finally see a Goku that isnt based on the same old mold. He may just become the centrepiece of my collection and many others!

Vegetas boot tips wont get shaded though, we might as well stop hoping. They did the same with Vegetto remember. The boots literally do look like they are just painted yellow so there is no line sculpting at all, bit disappointing, but still, he looks much better!

Gokus boots confuse me. They got it perfect with sdcc/mexi/namek Goku, so why are they painted reversed (android saga on) colours?

Yes the colors are wrong, but is an anime colors figure, all the manga colors figures with these boots has the cordons painted with gray (like in the illustration that Havok put), the colors of boots of this figure comes from the SCE version:

After having a quick look over manga color pics it seems he sometimes had the same boots, and other depictions have him with the anime style.

Big Deano, the first image is from the original manga, and the second is the colored version manga that was release some time ago.

So we take the original to be the "true" manga colour then, correct? That makes awakened Gokus boot accurate then, to the manga at least.

I fully expect an "advanced colour" version for next years sdcc [emoji38]
