OK, so I was in New York all day with my cousin today and he's convinced me to start collecting Power Rangers figuarts. To everyone that collects em, I'm one of you now. Already ordered the White, Red Armored, and Black Armored. Not DBZ related but I really wanted to share, I've been wanting to get into that line forever and finally pulled the trigger

I'd want anything they wanna give us, Naaaaaaaaaaaail included. That would make me really wanna get that resin Guru statue as well. It's Figuarts scale but really hard to find and really expensive. We'd need a Dende to go with him too. I have an inkling we'll be seeing a lot more Namek stuff next year since they've really been focusing on that with these new Gokus

Nice, I got the whole set of the MMPR minus the armored red and black. Wish they would do sets of the Zeo or Space rangers though. Oh, and not on top of my list, but I wouldn't mind getting a Nail figuarts either.

HELL YES, those were my favorite. I'd want Turbo as well and Lost Galaxy since that's where I stopped at. Currently ranging it up on Netflix and rewatching all the series from beginning to end. I'd love to see Alpha and some baddies from the original as well. SDCC is supposed to have some MMPR stuff so I'm looking forward to all that. These figures make excellent display pieces, I'm excited

I've ALMOST started collecting those a few times, but I haven't gone through with it... yet. The original series came out when I quite young and I was hooked immediately. I remember running outside after the first episode so full of kidrenaline I almost bursted.

What would a set price for frieza be for you guys? I know he is not worth the scalper price that they have him for, but thats the only thing available to me now. So, how much would you value him or the max you would pay for him?

I paid $135 and was comfortable with it. That was about a month ago, sealed with shipper. It was on the higher end of what I'd want to pay, but worth it in the end.

Those would be great as well. Would be awesome if they released some of their vehicles too. I'm sure they can do it since they've done some for the Kamen Riders. I'm currently rewatching the PR series as well as DBZ. Right now I'm about to finish Lost Galaxy and in middle of Cell saga of DBZ.

Wow, that video really shows off the new figures! How many times can we say Awakened Goku looks incredible? We should start keeping count like a tfs Krillin owned counter. Awakened Goku looks incredible.

And Trunks' jacket looks pretty good in that video. He and Vegeta's hair is quite shiny tho isn't it? Seeing that SSGSS Vegeta and SSGSS Goku both have shiny hair as well I wonder if that's the future ssj look in this line. Perhaps all new "normal" hair sculpts will be matte and super saiyan hair shiny.

EDIT: Seeing that Awakened Goku has matte, so... they were probably just grasping at things to repaint on the figure.

I wouldnt say its the new normal, Awakening Goku rules that out immediately. Like I said before, they are trying to capitalise on the aura effects by making parts of the figures glossy, simulating the aura emitting light, being reflective etc. The ssgss figures have been done for the blue and the adv color figures for the yellow.

Sorry to burst bubbles folks, but sentai (pr in Japan) figuarts have been doing horribly over there, much like these were back in the day. They have all but stopped the line, with a couple figures being tested for pre mmpr/zyuranger teams. Its not looking likely we will get anymore teams anytime soon, if ever.
