Heres a better look at the knees:

I hope they are applying the same to Buuhan & Buutenks. Thoze old prototypes had the dated knee joints as well

That's probably why we haven't seen them for a while. I just want some damn release dates on all these protos. I want everything we've seen so far, even SSJ3 if only for his bodacious bod

@Deano, yeah that's the pic I was looking for! Didn't realize the elbows were improved too. He's practically production ready

I just wanted the "god" transformation to be more significant. just the word God alone implies paranormal abilities. but God in DB is just being able to punch & kick stronger, that's it.

Goku was already god-like before SSG was even conceived. Being able to teleport anywhere in the universe, telepathy (he has shown many examples of this), absorbing other people's power, etc.

To be fair, it was never meant to be very significant from the get-go. The Saiyans initially used the transformation as a simple power up. It didn't change the course of Saiyan history back then through divine abilities.

Jep, in other words: irrelevant. Like my posts here.

Your posts are relevant. A lot of people share the same opinions. I feel the Cell Saga was the "true end" of Dragon Ball Z to me. Gohan was my character growing up and that was the pinnacle of his character development. (Well, that actually amounted to something.)

Whis is speculated to be released after Super Saiyan Trunks. Unless a Premium Color is revealed.

Well, looks like Prod and I both went looking at the same time :lol

The elbows are new aswell looking at it.

The most amazing thing about them, to me at least, is that they're sculpted elbows. They have the fur sculpted into the joint. It's spectacular.

Edited: These are the current changes...

1.) Normal face has been changed. Shouting face has been revealed.
2.) Hair on the shoulders are articulated.
3.) The shoulders are almost similar to Super Warrior Awakening shoulders. Not the same but similar.
4.) Sculpted elbow ball joints.
5.) Tighter belt.
6.) Knee ball joints.

My order from Anime-Island finally came in:

I was annoyed that even the Figuarts ex zeros no longer some in shippers :(

Thanks for the pics guys, you are right in that I had not seen the new ball shaped knee joints on the latest prototype. Not sure if I liked those better than the Krillin/Trunks/Broly Knees but definitely better than old Goku versions.

I wish they could add some cloth fold sculpting to the ball the way that they have sculpted fur on the new elbow joints.

Awesome! Would you be able to take pictures of Figuarts Zero Ex Trunks? I'm looking forward to purchasing him.

I was annoyed too but I guess Tamashii is trying to save money. Understandable.

They don't? Damn, such a shame. Guess they're being 'selective' with shippers, since Sailor Pluto got one and she's a web exclusive

I had thought it was simply Japanese releases now having shippers. This was from a US district though.

I can take some pictures sure.

Every dbz figuarts has only ever had shippers in Japan, thats been the case for a while now. Its because in America these arent technically web exclusives, they are just bound by the fact that they are in Japan, thats why they cant be reissued without loopholes.

A couple of PCE Trunks reviews:

Not exactly: JP and HK versions have always had brown shippers (Tamashii Web Exclusives). However, US and EU versions don´t

I can confirm this because have been buying every single DBZ Figuarts released from HK sellers ( and occasionally a second unit from US sellers) And every single release from HK came with the brown shipper. (from the Original Vegeta SS which was the first Tamashii web exclusive, to the last one PCE Vegeta SS )

Sorry, by Japan I usually mean Asia :)

I can't confirm about the Taiwan version, but makes sense that all ASIA versions have bwown shippers. The only difference is the color of the Toy animation sticker. (Black for JP, Red for HK and purple for Taiwan)

Not sure, but i think that Bandai have changed the box design for the US and EU market with the last releases (Besides the Funimation sticker for the US market) , and now it's different from the Asia versions (JP, HK, Taiwan) :dunno

They have, I can confirm since Ult Gohan, possibly Vegetto, that its a modified box with English names and the bluefin details printed in place of tamashii nations on the bottom. Even awakened Goku had an English box with "Goku" instead "Gokou"
