Not a big fan of holes either. It's unappealing to say the least. I can go on on on about it but I won't.

On another note, been prowling google, forums, hell even bing like a mad man. The question if gokus entire boot could be remove is extremly elusive. I tried twisting, pull and nothing. Is it glued into place or something? Darn thing won't budge.

They are glued the f in there really good. I pulled the one off of my SWA Goku so I could straighten it out because it was the one thing I couldn't stand about him. My fingers hurt so bad after. I forgot who,but ssomeone here said they cut it off.

That's true since DBZ figs don't exactly have long hair but in general I don't think holes are a good solution. They have their pros and cons but the less holes, exposed joints and other unsightly things on a figure, the better. Tamashii probably wouldn't even be able to do it right what with quality control issues.

Yeah Mario is different entirely, Luigi has something like this too but it works due to the overalls. DBZ could try that with the GIs or something. But Tamashii would botch it up with their QC issues. GSC has with not only the Figmas but also the Nendoroids (especially the older ones), and while it wasn't that common, it was irritating.

I feared that it was going to be something like that. I'd rather not cut the boot off than rather have it intact. I hate to use pliers for the extra grip simply becuase it might indent the boot . Its going to be a long night of Petroleum Jelly for me.

I remember someone mentioning to heat it up with a blow dryer, and then try removing it.

Not deano, but should be pink. As its closer to red.

Yeah, I would say pink too, its very likely the fakes would be easier to remove the color from, as the official ones seem like the color is just the plastic.
