Is it a good idea to scalp so many vegetas though? I know a few people who bought a few dozens of gohan and other rereleases since most of the dbz releases so far has tripled but I'm just worried that it might be like the HT boom a couple of years back. Where collectors did the same thing, and some releases could be had for Wayyy below retail since everyone couldn't sell any of their existing spares.

As long as the ones already released remain exclusives they will always be worth keeping and from what ive seen will always ve worth more. The only thing that could kill the value would be if dragonball fell out of favour with fans.

This line has grown exponentially because of nostalgia and love of the show again, and until they run out of decent characters to make I think it will continue. Just look at 2011 sdcc Goku as an example. He is far from perfect, and not even that great by standards now, yet he is STILL rising in value. I seen one go for almost $1000 the other week. Sdcc Gohan us also on the way to those prices, though his reissue has hindered it a bit since he isnt as noticeably different as Goku was.

Not that I condone scalping, everyone knows my stance on that, but thats the facts that I see.

I planned on doing various headswaps with my spare Trunks and Vegeta heads but the new Armored Trunks would work better so now I'm stuck with these. I'll be selling them once I get my Trunks's just in case the heads aren't compatible.

That's alotta Vegeta's! You coulda bought a shf hulkbuster with that.

I'm waiting on the Comicave since it'll likely be more detailed, better light capability, and be cheaper. The Figuart is nice but imo way overpriced.

I got like 2 pce vegeta and a datong vegeta. That's more than enough for me.

I'm waiting on the Comicave since it'll likely be more detailed, better light capability, and be cheaper. The Figuart is nice but imo way overpriced.

I'm more than halfway into monthly payments for the hot toys hulkbuster so at least, I'll have that. Can't really afford any other hulkbusters and don't intend to buy any more hb.

I was gonna do the following:

1 Cell Saga Vegeta (Base Form), 1 Cell Saga Vegeta (SSJ)
1 Short Hair Trunks (Base Form), 1 Short Hair Trunks (SSJ)
1 Long Hair Trunks (Base Form, Jacksdo), 1 Ponytail Trunks (SSJ, Jacksdo)
1 Super Trunks (SSJ, Jacksdo)

Now I'm gonna see if I can do all the Trunks swaps on the Armored Trunks body. Hopefully the pegs fit cuz I'm gonna buy at least 5 if they do. Plus it'll be more proportionate anyways so it's all gravy!

I'd love it too, especially since it's the look he takes when he kills the Androids in his timeline. They could give us the regular SSJ hair, base, long base hair, and Ascended SSJ hair...or just a combination of those with separate releases.

They could make a gold mine with Trunks and Gohan, those two are gifted with so many looks, although it seems like they are now getting the idea.

Oh and prod, I got my Sailor Pluto too I got like, half of what you had in that pic too actually, just not in terms of quantity

Well the Figuart retail is $285 I think but currently it's going for much more than that. The Comicave's latest Igor is a large scale figure too and it was at $180. HB at most would be double that since it's not THAT much bigger than Igor. It actually may be slightly more expensive but it'll be a better value all around.

For real they've already been exploiting Goku and his various outfits so why not Trunks? He has over 9000 hairstyles alone that they could sell to us.

Unfortunately my Sailor Pluto arrived broken. Now I have to deal with Anime Island/Bluefin to get a replacement so I can't even enjoy her yet [emoji24]

Obitsu isnt an option for me, its the same price for one of them as it is 3 tamashii stages to ship to Uk.

They reach alot higher but not worth the extra.

Man, everytime I look at the premium hair I like it more and more. The sheen on it pops so well. I just wish the faces werent as pale on Trunks. Its isnt horrible, but its noticeable, especially with the heavy mouth line they painted in.

The hair isn't nearly as glossy as pictures make it out to be and also the paleness isn't as bad. Overall, a solid pseudo re-release but I prefer the OG, at least for the face and hair. It just blends in better with the rest of the line while the PC's hair sticks out like a sore thumb. Also the lines aren't very flattering but the body is overall better than the OG.

Yeah I don't know why they didn't just do it like all the other scouts. I gotta say though, she looks pretty good with that short hair thing going on
