Before I get off here, who here thinks selling the bigger figures at comic con would be better? This year Nappa, next Broly, Cooler, then Bojack? I know this will get me pumped waiting for SDCC instead of waiting on a repaint...

Most of ones you mentioned probably don't have a chance in being made besides Nappa.

BTW; just noticed that the box looks like it's been opened and resealed. Uusally, my figuarts have 2 pieces of scotch tape on the sides. However, one of them was obviously cut along the edge to access the figure and then a new scotch tape piece was haphazardly placed next to the old one. Am I just being paranoid here? Any others who got goku rerelease directly from amazon who can talk about the packaging? Thanks!

I've gotten numerous figuarts direct from retailers that have had this issue. At first I thought it had to have been opened, resealed, and returned, but it's happened too many times for that to be the case.

The last con exclusive I got with a inflated price was the Red Cyborg Ninja and it cost be twice what the buyer bought it at.

Comes with the territory I guess.

I've been wanting to go for a few years now. Tickets aren't the expensive part for me, its the flight and hotel. I'm down for getting a group together for SDCC14!

Its like $50 a day. With flight , hotel, and the 4 day pass its around $1,100.

I picked up SS3 Goku. He's my favorite version of the super saiyan levels.

Bigger than I thought he would be but an awesome figure! I love the energy accessories! Looks great!

This is normal. I assume because of QC issues that they addressed, that's why some have resealed boxes.

They have free stuff. Some companys do free gift bags or free exclusives ( WWe had a free mini fig 2 years ago) and comics.

Yes I totally agree. I didn't pay the twice price for red cyborg ninja and have regretted it since. It sells in upwards of $250 now on eBay. Argh! Feel like I'll never get one now.
