lol i think manikiDX meant to buy it right now, but the only options would be to import it from a place like hong kong or japan since it's releasing this month for them. For us we have to wait till next month for release.

The up version is going for bout 20-25k yen. While the Asia HK ver can be had for 80-100 on eBay. Not sure if it's fake or anything though.

Ugh. I hope SS3 Goku doesn't end up looking like he does in that pic. Waaaay too pale and the crotch shading is ridiculous. His face and arms could really use shading.

Beautiful Nappa, so excited for him!

I wonder what the people in charge of what accessories to include with the toys were thinking when they had to decide about Saibaman.

Person 1: Saibaman should come with Nappa! Nappa's the one who kept them and planted them to grow!

Person 2: Saibaman should come with Yamcha! Yamcha's death pose is iconic, and so the Saibaman that killed him should be with him!

Both reasons do make sense.

I've noticed that as well and I think it has something to do with the Japanese version being limited. I haven't heard of any bootlegs from the SMSP line but that doesn't mean there isn't one out there.

Apologies for misunderstanding earlier. It'll be more expensive importing unless HLJ or AmiAmi has it at retail once it's released. May want to check tomorrow or Saturday to see if they have any left in stock.

I would say Person 2 due to, I believe, Yamcha's death being referenced scene in Japan for humor.

I hope this continues though. I would love to see 1st appearance Gohan with Saiyan Saga Goku.

I'm curious as to why they went with the glossy hair. It didn't have it on the initially revealed prototype back in October but it has had it on since the World Tour Event in April. My only guess is they're trying to have consistency with the Figuarts Zero EX and Figuarts Zero Super Saiyan 3 Goku.

The crotch shading doesn't look as noticeable as I thought it was going to be.

Looking forward to video reviews and more photos that show off the articulation.

Nice pics guys! I actually don't mind the gloss, it's done well, and I can accept it for ssj3. The pale skin though is an odd decision, I may have to warm up the skin tone myself with either orange or brown shading. Everything else looks great (proportions, gi color, faces). It also looks like he has a stronger neck joint? As the first photo looks like the hair is broken supported by anything else. I feel like they used the same hair mold from before minus the faces, and maybe retooled it for weight? Hoping Damazing reviews it soon, he usually gets them early!

Overall, I'm excited to get him, gonna use that smirk face! The electricity effect was a nice touch, I may finally open my blue one for that haha

Also glad the crotch shading isn't all crazy.

I think it depends on source material, goku has been shown to be pretty pale in certain artwork here and there. I was thinking the same scene manikiDX lol

I think it just needs some orange shading. Interestingly they used brown to line the ears and mouth
