Sometimes, depends how many they have in stock, but at least you can contact the seller before hand and ask them. I'll definitely be checking all of my figures more closely now before opening them. Not that I don't know, but before I assumed Bandai Japan had tighter QC. I'm of the mind that this is an isolated incident but we'll see soon if so.
