AmiAmi took a day to put them up for pre-order but BBTS should have them up by the end of the week along with the Figuarts Zero Super Saiyan Goku.

I don't think it's the cause of their site being wonky at that time but I may be wrong as well. I already got mine from elsewhere with free shipping and no tax so I'm set.

Ok I actually managed to get all 4 figures from BBTS I kept fighting the website until I won and was able to get them. They are all still available for PO but you'll have to refresh the site until your able to get them.
