, yeah. it's crazy thinking how much trouble i went trough to get the first ones i got , ebay was in its infancy i didnt have the net and no comic shops around me had a hope of getting them in the UK. but i managed to get some eventually!!!!!!!!!!....they were awesome at the time just because they were DBZ but looking at them now is so
i still have Goku, SS Goku and saiyan saga Gohan for nostalgia. the japanese boxes are cool if nothing else.
mentioning those i wish the figuarts boxes had a capture of the anime on them like the SBC boxes.
Great Toriyama artwork on them would kick ass.

Did you ever see the Funimation version?
I find the Kai series pretty meh... although it visually looks better and I dig the Japanese soundtrack but I think the acting is below what was done in the Funi dub.

Yes i have seen the Whole thing in japanese and the First Funimation dub. But the pace the kai delivers is incredible! I am pumped all the way threw!! th fact that 50+ episodes where cut in the frieza saga alone was awesome! the acting might be meh but the action is where its at! i just wish they had finished with the Buu saga. that ones is full of fillers. and still is a good one.
Fillerless DBZ is so much more enjoyable, the Freeza battle was ENDLESS!!!!!
5 minutes until Namek's explosion took 25 episodes haha

I ended up Ordering another Vegeta (Since Toy Arena has him for $39.99 still) to use his body for the SS trunks Head. Coulndt help my self! this line is to awesome!

Just got a 3rd SDCC gohan (ill have 1 black hair, 1 SS1, and 1 SS2), a 2nd vegeta (to do the black hair ver.) and a 10" Broly from the movie line (saw a pic and he looks great with the figuarts figures) so stoked!!

Pretty much the only option, I personally think that their respective working goku (reg hair ver) to update the advances theyve made, (looking at the new krillin) and hopefully they'll include both regular and supersaiyan hair pieces with that release, but that's just what I think, no evidence yet to support that

Bandai is hands down the BEST action figure company. Has anyone seen the 1/6 Tiger and Bunny figures yet? They are really impressive looking.
they should be impressive for around $350.and what about c-3p0?? $430 !
Bandai is amazing but i wish they would just forget the buisness of selling certain figures as web exclusives, its just an excuse to rinse fans of money for figures that they should just release as standard. its not as if standard releases are inexspensive anymore.
plus where the hell are Naruto SHFiguarts ??? protos shown in 2011...
and where the heck is normal Goku!!!!!!!!!!????????????????

From what I'm led to believe, Naruto was what they were planning to do when they cancelled the DB figuarts, but obviously that didnt happen; either that or they just thought it wasnt popular enough? I dont know about USA, but Naruto was barely mentioned here in the UK, hell, one piece had a longer run than Naruto, and even them only lasted two seasons at the most.
