So there is still hope for a vegeta re release as bluefin just announced on fb they are re releasing a web exclusive and its figuarts zero goku.


"Due to immense growth in foreign markets outside Japan in the Western nations, Tamashii Nations is proud to announce the first re-issue of a Tamashii Web Exclusive item for only those regions. This item will be available only in N. American retailers and for the first time to consumers in the EU through their specific official distributors."

Just saw the news on their page. So there is no more excuses to not re release SS Vegeta, right? Or maybe this is just a re-run of a recent released product, like we usually see on the cloth myth figures? I mean, they get a re-run some time after their release date to cover the demand, but it is not like they could do that years later? Well, I just posted a message on their page asking for Vegeta SS (for the people who doesn't have it yet).

EDIT: Bluefin just replied me: "Baby steps, this is the first time it has ever happened."

I think the Figuarts ZERO Frieza looks pretty cool, sculpt-wise. I would kill for an articulated version of it, though. I'm torn between which I like better, the ZERO version or the HQDX "COME AT ME BRO" version

i actually pre ordered the zero hoping is close to scale. the hqdx looks deformed to me lol now their 2nd and third form are perfect and in scale with figuarts

PwnStar511: if you are still following this thread, do you think there is a possibility of us getting a different mold of regular Goku in the future? I am talking about the Saiuyan Saga/ beginning of DBZ version as in the image below. Also, I think he has the same appearance in the Dead Zone movie with an additional rope holding the power pole on his back.

He would have a gi with a less deep neck/ collar, a gi with the logos on his chest and back, a different belt (with ties) compared to the current figures' cell/buu saga belt, a younger looking face, and a less buff frame. He could also come with a Power Pole and Nimbus as accessories.

Asit stand now, all the Goku figures we have gotten are from his Cell and Buu saga appearances and not his Saiyan or Frieza saga ones.

Hi there! I'd say anything is possible -- certainly as it pertains to the saiyans. But if that were to happen, it would be way down the line as there are other characters more in demand at the moment. If another Goku were to be released it's within the realm of possibility it might be from any of the other Dragonball series'.

An SS Vegeta reissue or slightly modified version as an SDCC exclusive is inevitable I think. Tamashii could have made a killing on a reissue, but they waited to long and allowed the bootleggers to release what appears to be a pretty good KO.

Do you like the Figma Link much? My friend got one, and while the sculpt and accessories are bang on, the articulation seemed a bit funny to me. Then again, I'm not used to figmas much.

WOW that is both great and painful news. But mostly great, they really have NO excuse anymore now. Yeah, this is the turning point where I'm now pretty convinced we'll see a ssj vegeta rerelease at some point, or he's the sdcc exclusive.

See? This is why I am so frustrated about the regular Goku release being rushed and incomplete. Seems like we're not getting a saiyan saga Goku anytime soon.
