i heard Dragon Ball Evolution was actually a hit in China lol.. dunno how true that is tho

also, just an observation; why does everyone always put their figuarts in the cross-armed pose? I know it's the most iconic for DBZ, but I see it in nearly every single display lol. I wanna see some dynamic poses other than "tough guy with arms folded standing still" all the time

When it comes to crossed arm displays, I often have my Piccolo meditating with his crossed arms, but usually my DBZ Figuarts are fighting each other or just looking actiony!

I know, I was just pointing out that it was indeed financially successful in China and Japan. It's Fox so they probably wouldn't want as sequel considering it bombed domestically.

What are you guys' must-buys left for this year in collecting? I just ordered SHF Blue Ranger, so I've got SHF Yellow left, Android 18, and whatever the sdcc exclusive is for this summer. Android 17, SHF Injustice Batman and Play Arts Kai Deathstroke for the fall and some 6" Star Wars Black series releases I've no idea when happening/buying. And I might possibly pick up Marvel Select ASM2 and Venom to add to my small Marvel Select setup.

There's more stuff I'd be interested in possibly, like SHFZeros for DBZ, or that new DCC 90s Batman TAS line, but not sure about it. Whether it's due to interest or money or whatever.

A lot for me, it's hard to say. Some Figmas and Nendoriods like the Zelda ones, the DBZ Figuarts and new Sailor Moon figuarts (plus Mercury FiguartsZero, she looks so beautiful! Favorite inner senshi) along with the Iron Man 3 Figuarts, Play Arts Kai Assassin's Creed, and so on. Also Hot Toys Amazing Spider-Man 2.

hopefully, tamashii can keep it calm for me in Q4 cause that's when sideshow is dropping their bomb on me. Hate when they keep delaying things and then bam! it's all coming at you at the end of the year!

Lol, yeah I'm pretty lucky with not liking stuff over 9" scale. I just wish I could sell that lone 1/6 scale Obi-Wan I have that I bought to try out the scale, but completely disliked it.
