not digging the open hostility towards RKenshinH. it all seems highly unnecessary.

At a certain point not too long ago I felt it was somewhat warranted. I called him out a couple times, in a respectful manner, but I also backed it up with something constructive. He seems to have gotten a lot better. And now he doesn't bother me at all. I sometimes wish he'd let go of his obsessive loyalty toward Amazon as it's not REALLY the best option. Anywho.....
I'm keeping my eyes on the Bluefin store for SDCC Goku.

I wouldn't count on it, from what I read Bluefin wasn't taking vendor orders on the figure, so vendors had to buy them like everyone else at the con. If Toyz doesn't have them yet (Which according to instagram they don't), they likely aren't getting them

I wish Bluefin would at least announce if they will be selling the Goku. I'm still not giving in to the "rapidly rising price" nonsense but I'd also like to be sure I'm not making a mistake by waiting.

I have no doubt they will sell it. They've sold the other exclusives before. You best know they've got plenty of Goku stock lying around. They're not dumb and they know this Goku will/did sell like crazy. They're holding onto most of the stock to sell it for the premium through their own site. It's a smart move on their part. Sell most for $45 at the con or for $65 online? Anyone remember when SDCC Vegeta was put up last year? That could give us a rough estimate to when Bluefin will post theirs

I'm sorta new to the game and I just gotta ask. How long did it take for online stores to sell the sdcc dbz figures in the past? I mean from the end of Sdcc to the day online stores start listing it for retail

After doing some digging, last year they posted Arlian Vegeta August 28, almost a full month after the con. I feel like this one may go up earlier (I hope)

Amazon is a solid seller, especially if you have Amazon Prime. Free two-day shipping.

The downside is that they do get their stock "later" than everyone else. Also, make sure you buy from Amazon LLC as the seller or at least check the reviews on the third-party sellers on there.

You'll get your Awakening SSJ Goku. Just make sure you pre-order early and keep that order or you might have to wait for another batch.

They have Vegetto back in stock now.

If you wait on amazon your gonna be waiting forever... I know some people had thier Vegetto canceled even though they ordered him as soon as he went up for pre-order which is why I will never trust amazon.

I ordered a few Vegetto's, even did separate orders and have done for other DBZ Figuarts as well but Amazon has never cancelled my orders. They might give an additional delay cause they haven't received their stock from Bluefin "on time" but I've never had problems.

Got my Goku this morning from my friend at SDCC

I really wish these SDCC figures did not have QC problems...some seams and plastic on the back of the figure and stuff. The belt is neat, though I wish it were change up a little more compared to the original Son Goku. The kanji look great, but I was expecting sculpted/separate pieces for some reason. All the other parts are the same, and they still hold up. I do like the orange a lot, I think it's almost a perfect match to Krillin's, but Goku is just a tad darker. The new face is neat, I think it'll work for posing with Vegeta or Freiza, and really does help justify this release. I do hope we get new parts with future SDCC releases.

However, there is one large issue with this. Goku's right leg. In some video where a guy handled Goku, the knee popped off, and I figured "Wow, he was that rough on the figure...ok then", along with some of you who agreed. It's not, it pops off easily, far worse than SDCC Gohan's arm, which wasn't even that bad at times and understandable due to being a new mold and stuff. But why does this Goku have that issue? This is the same mold we've gotten over and over, which never had issues like this, even the recent Vegetto. Deano suggested it was deterioration, I think he was right. I hope this is not the case with Ultimate Gohan...

Overall, good figure. Do not pay more than retail for this, and if you have too...maybe $80? I paid extra for my SDCC Gohan, even though he was BNIB. Here is Goku posed next to a birthday present of mine, might pose him more later. I'm thinking of doing a review on him too later, more in depth

I honestly don't think anything I've said could be construed as hostile. Someone said they didn't like the open hostility toward RK in reference to your "joke" and I agreed with him with my reasons once you defended yourself. For reals though. At least four people hear don't appreciate what you said. Three have commented. And then there's RK himself. You may have just made a joke, but it was rude. It's just one out eleven, I'll call them attacks, on him recently even though he's been improving. And I'm sure Kenshin is tired of people commenting like that toward him.
