I dunno, she isn't that much smaller than SSJ2/1 Gohan or Krillin and their joints look fantastic. Maybe it's due to the outfit

$40 might be a lot, she better have some good stuff. Hopefully the sugar attack

Chibimoon does not have the crescents on the boots in this form

I think that she looks just fine, in the anime she is disproportionate too.
