It's not broken It's to allow the head to move independently and not just have one hair section. I like that they did that. Venus will get the same probably.

I'm not a statue guy. I would have preferred her as an action figure despite of being nearly identical besides the brooch and the wand, but it's a great statue indeed. I hope the wand be removable though.
