Well thats Kylo and Luke here. Man, I am glad I got back into this, though my wallet isnt xD

Much better than Figuarts Vader, both in scale and detail.

Nippon Yassan hasnt let me down yet, bought express shipping and asked them to mark the value down and they have done so every time, no customs charges in sight.

Oh, and tamashii stages work very well with the holes on the model kits

Pretty much everything.

His helmet, armor, knee-pads are pretty much the same but even those are colored different. While most people won't ever know the difference, ther s nothing really carried over from his ESB costume to his ROTJ costume except maybe the boots. Everything from his helmet paint all the way to his blaster are different.

ESB Boba>RotJ Boba :lecture

My clones finally arrived. Not quite as slick in the articulation department as the FO trooper, but damn good nonetheless. The white eggshell finish is beautiful.

Any one knows that if it is true, that the clones variations and droid variations are going to be released? Because I want to buy a clone sh but if there is gonna be more than only just one I pass.

I like to complete a coleccion and I don't want to spend a lot of money!

I currently have all of the force awakens sh figuarts payed, and my Kylo Ren and FO trooper are arriving soon, the TRAITOR figuarts is already payed and phasma too.

Its figuarts we are talking about, they tend to show off lots of stuff but not release it all. That happens often in the dbz line. Its true they were shown, but no one knows when or if they will be released

@Deano, where does the act stand fit into Boba? I watched your review again but I think yours looks a bit different than mine. I don't seem to have a peg for the stand.

Thats strange, thats exactly where mine is! I will post a pic in a second (playing battlefront and just annihilated everyone with the emperor lol)

@jaycepticon shoulders on the BS figures look better, or is it just me? cool photo, probably would have not noticed unless you mentioned it though! awesome photo.

haha, yeah. The BS figures shoulders look better because they're molded while the SHF ones are on a peg and can be moved around. They'll pay off once I start taking action poses though:lol

There you go man, mine has a peg hole sticking out there. Maybe theres a normal part and a peg part for that spot? I know the troopers have panels to cover up the stand peg holes but not sure how they handled Fett.

That's so weird man. As you can see, mine has a vent or something. Do you have that as well? I looked on my trees and I couldn't find another piece to peg into there. Did you put that little circular piece into that hole and cover the vent?

EDIT: After reviewing the instructions, I now see that if I disassemble the jet pack I can flip the vent around and it also serves as a peg hole for an act stand.

Ah, ok, I must have just put it on that way to begin with.

Any recommendations for my first bandai model? Was thinking stormtrooper or maybe bb8/r2d2

Thanks, man. I did some more touch ups today, pulled back the silver in some places. It's hard not to go silver craaaazzyyy!

You really went to town on that thing fantastically Fat.

Agreed, I just used a silver sharpie on mine :lol

I've got some tamiya weathering packs but only the dirt one really seems to work decently, the silver is very faint. Planning on weathering up a model kit sandtrooper.

I've just begun using enamel paints and they're wonderful. I painted Boba with Testers Model Masters. Worked very well. I have a feeling I'm going to have this jar of copper paint for years...

Stormtrooper definitely. It's probably the easiest kit, and it's a great figure. Boba is very finicky. I'm definitely replacing his cape and wookiee braids.

So far I'm in love with the Phasma model kit. The Figuarts is a letdown solely because of the non chrome finish. I'm definitely gonna be getting her model kit when she comes out.

@fat, your model building skills are impressive! If only the eventual Figuarts turns out anything like that. I'm lazy with my kits and the most detailing I do is panel lining lol
