You can also get bootleg sets of the stands that are a bit more brittle, but do the job if tightened. I have loads of them.

How do you tighten the actual clamps for the waist? They dont have screews or anything.
For the price of less than a dollar though, theyre pretty good

I was referring more to the sculpt, but thanks. I'm trying to get some turnaround pics of the sideshow jango head (need like 40 from various angles) to use photogrammetry, as a starting base for a custom shf head. Would make this fig really niceBecause it doesn't until you add the effects like you did..great job

To me, Jango will always look like a toy, because that's what Lucas knew he'd be. The prequels were a Hasbro toy catalogue, kids saw the characters and wanted the toys, Hasbro made pots of cash and so did George. It's taken TFA to get back to why we, the first generation, fell in love with Star Wars.

I couldn't agree more.
I'm actually quite worried now that bandai might release a Boba Fett that more or less has the exact sculpt or "feel" as their jango.
Don't worry my friend....mafex version won't be beaten by shf this time....his proportions, finish and character are to spot on....and his build quality and articulation are just a hair behind shf.....I've got the esb version, with another esb and rotj on order

Yep. Glad i didn't cancel my preorder for mafex boba haha i lost faith for a moment. The only gripe i have, is that he's a tad tall compared to my figuarts hahaha other than that he's perfectDon't worry my friend....mafex version won't be beaten by shf this time....his proportions, finish and character are to spot on....and his build quality and articulation are just a hair behind shf.....I've got the esb version, with another esb and rotj on order
Well in that case, jango is a perfect representation for you guys . To me jango, at least aesthetically, will always be my favourite Star wars character. I just love that colour scheme, he looks great next to Boba (the characters, not necessarily the figures), and he was my fav character growing up, so that probably helped
EDIT: Just curious, what in particular makes you think jango looks like a toy? He's just a cleaner, shinier, recoloured version of Boba with additional armour plating and twin pistols, which are pretty cool imo (love the sound they make)

Jango's cooler, looks better and has a better story and relevance than Boba. I like Boba but imo he's waaaay overrated
