I feel like 9 stormtroopers is enough. I don't buy any of the other R1 or TFA stuff, so it works out.

Some small, insane part of me wants to go to 12.

I think most of us realise this should be the definitive 6" stormie, so happy to have as many as we can. Nothing will beat mafex boba, so that's another easy commitment....same for shf Jedi Luke and Han solo to come. Not many figures (talking OT) we can say that about.

Certainly better in hand. The eyes are still a bit off and the mouth too "wide" for my liking. Kinda gives it a frog look. But I like the figure overall compared to the first version.

I noticed that not only are there holes in the straps, but also on the black shoulder area next to it. I think they're definitely for a possible Jedha version with pauldron and backpack.

I hope you're right and I hope they give us some weathering! They did it with the shore and tank troopers so it's a possibility. Would be great if they announced it alongside the DT specialist. And a shoretrooper grunt while they're at it.

For the hair, in the image without the lightsaber just the long locks at the back are removed. In the pic with the lightsaber, the hair itself has been reshaped slightly.

These are all really great! Cannot wait for that hilt, one of my faves. I think they'll definitely redo Obi's likeness. The Ep 1 to 2 Obi at least had new headsculpts, it'd be such a miss if they don't beef up the Ep 3. Plus they have to make his beard bigger!

Oh, his under shirt is dark brown like Ep 4, isn't it? Man, your Anakin too!!

Crazy, it does seem like the bigger red beard adjustment makes it look so much more like Ewan/Obi.

Finally decided to ship my order from HLJ and this piece is absolutely phenomenal. Figuarts never ceases to amaze. Not gonna lie, it took me a while to finally get him all set up on the speeder [emoji28]

This is Episode 3 Obi Wan, bottom of the outfit is longer, but then again so was episode 2 obi wans and tamashii didnt bother to change that either. The neck is also much tighter and higher up. I unfortunately expect a slight retool this time.

If you're talking about the biker scout, mine is crooked/off center as well. Annoying but I'm able to ignore it. I wish they would release the figure on it's own with an additional accessory or something. I really love the biker scout.

On a side note- I remember people mentioning when it was released that one of the alternate hands broke apart easily (mine is currently in another state so I can't check). Was this a common issue? I seem to remember seeing a precariously small connection with some fingers on one of the gripping hands.

Does anyone know if I keep the head and neck from the masked kylo if it should fit with the new unmasked version? (I'm guessing the neck connection to the body would be the same in case the head a neck connection is different on the new neck) I would like to get rid of the extra body and accessories if it is not necessary. Thanks in advance!
