Yup...they look ridiculous and I wouldn't spent a single dime on figure/collectible that looks like that.

Alice's outfit and boots in part 4 looked great though.

I'd buy the red Ranger hot toy. But I bet they go the HT IM route and charge for diecast $330+.

I'm liking them a littler more after the initial shock. You know the suits will change from movie to movie much like the TV seasons.

well these will take some getting used to, I was hoping for a more armored version of the suits but these look more bio-organic in a way, the red ranger actually reminded me of Lord Zed when I first saw him, he almost looks like a skinless body. The black ranger looks the most like an actual suit to me. Hopefully they tone down the girls suits, they look like power rangers that were made to be in a Dead or Alive video, if we're lucky these are CGI models and will be worked on for the final product.

I really have to see these in motion to really form a real opinion though, I thought the Transformers looked stupid but in motion they were pretty cool, hopefully this is similar.
