Sauron... Worth Getting ???

I think you should go for it! It really is a great statue IMO and is probably the best bang for your buck statue in the line at the moment. Here's a couple of pics of mine.

As far as Sauron being to thin he is or was a Maia or I assume that is the look PJ was going for which is described as an Angelic creature. I always likened them to the elves and I can't imagin a large bulky elf.

Balrogs don't look like Elves

I did get the Sauron statue in the end but almost did not as I was never too happy with the way PJ showed him in the film.

As with other things, the Balrog, Oliphaunts and the numbers in the battles, PJ made Sauron too big.

Sauron's prefered form at the end of the 2nd Age and again at the end of the 3rd Age was a figure not much greater than mansized, so at most he should have been about 8 foot tall.
