We had a great turn out for last week's homepage poll, with over 600 collectors weighing in about our trial lottery system for ultra-limited products. The majority has spoken, and according to the numbers and comments, most of our collector base is not in favor of a lottery system. Not only that, but this trial has caused excessive administrative demands as well as customer service issues brought about by collectors who did not read the terms and conditions of the lottery. Thus, after giving it the good old college try, we have decided that we will be going back to the first come, first served ordering system for our next ultra-limited edition. Thank you for your patience with us as we continue to improve your collecting experience through feedback from you, the collector!
