Fizzgig Thank you - i was lucky to have time to spend on this one to work out the lighting and wiring and such.

DarthKy Thank you - I sometimes wish I didn't either The hobby can be almost prohibitively expensive. Fun to customize the existing pieces and make new ones though. So the price of the manufactured stuff can be my drive for making my own.

EndIessRAIN I appreciate that - it is the most satisfying hobby I have had dabbled next to drawing. I get a lot out of it.

wookster Thank you. I have always enjoyed your threads over at OSW - keeps me in the loop. I was wondering about the best place to post. Feel free to admin it over if that is the best place for it.

Thanks much. That is where I first posted these guys back in August 2008. I am working on a follow up with a robot called "Dewey" ( thinking there will eventually be a "Louie" as well ). Same sort of look - but a new design. Should be done by summer.
