Jack is it possible for the tailor to paint the zipers when she receives the bulk of them? I think it really would look better in gold

It would be alot easier to paint them before they are attached to the jacket? I wouldn't fancy having mine painted once on the jacket through fear of getting gold paint on the jacket

I think what seems a very minor detail would make the jacket really stand out even more
