I don't think Nicolas will care about that, but he will be definitly amused to know that people find his character so iconic that they do figures of him.
And yeah i'll wait until the figure is fully finished

olbertfrog, you are missing the point completely. Saying anything or showing images (wip or completed) to anyone linked to the movie production company, the studio or distributers is a threat to the project, it's completion and to us getting anything from it.

He just expressed his point of view.

It seems that lately lot of folks giving opinions are pointed out in rainman thread and others.

Just my two cents.

I just said i wanted to show the figure once it's finished (implying once everybody got their figures too) to the director. Director that I KNOW will be amused by this fanmade project.
But everybody is affraid that he'll start to sue and they won't get the figure.

I guess this is where European and American sensibilities differs.
US is all about court and sueing for every penny and here we will take this more like an hommage.

So ok i get it.

Keep in mind, when we actually HAVE sent figures to the people involved, nothing's happened. When Fillion got the Mal figure. . . nothing. I believe IKE-CON sent an Eli figure to the screen writer, or it might have been Van Zan. . . again, nothing.

Yeah people need to relax. olbertfrog gets the point and he said he wouldn't even show the director until the project was over and completed and everyone had the figure.
