I think they thought if they changed the events company to Epic that maybe they had a bigger server or something....cuz last time I don't remember it being Epic.

Well, I heard back about the barcode. They told me to right-click on it and download the picture. The trouble is, the barcode graphic is tied to the Epic site, so it's not displaying anything before or after.
