Very true. Taking a baby to a convention is not a good idea... especially if people are pushing to get into booths and stabbings or going on. Not to mention all the hotties in cosplay. Baby might get thirsty. I know I would.

Yeah, it's going to be at least a G to go.... I could drive, it's only 8 hours, but there's still the hotel, pass, tons of crap I'll buy that will push it over a grand. We'll see what my bonus looks like next April and go from there.

Its $2000 for me if I get a hotel since most of the ones near the show are $200+. That and spending money.

I'm going next year and taking the family as well. My kids will enjoy it tremendously. Seeing how I only spent $20 on myself at the con it will be more fun to walk around and watch them geek out and spend my money instead.
