I hope that Gentle Giant puts out another HP statue, because this dragon shouldn't be all by himself. I will be getting a display case for the HP stuff, and the Horntail will need a nice taller shelf to go along with all of the shorter shelves holding the busts.

(I hope GG makes a nice set of HP bookends while they're at it--just in case they decide to ever do a novelization of any of the Potter films. They would make great books!)

I think I saw a statue of the Mer People in the Toy Fair pics. So the Dragon won't be the only statue.

I'm thinking we could always go with the reliable all Blitz tackle into the crowd to break through the lines.

And while you guys are keeping the scrum going, I can crawl thru the legs and to the counter and grab as many as I can for us. Either that, or you can toss me over the bodies and I'll fly onto the counter and grab. WAIT!!! Better to toss Danny....he weighs a lot less than I do.

I also have the entire HP busts in hand or on order and, like Tom, was one of the first to commit to the line. I will be a VERY unhappy camper without Lucius.

It's like someone said above - a month or so ago there was like, 10 people TOPS that were collecting this line on this board and as soon as there's a whiff of profit to be made the entire world has gone 'must have Lucius bonkers!'

I really hope that you guys going to SDCC get one but please do think about those of us on the board who are NOT going and would be more than happy to pay for the item plus shipping.

Scalpers suck - don't become one of them. If you are buying the item with the thought of selling it on at a later stage you are a Scalper - it cannot be justified. Leave the item for the collectors who want it for their collections.

I'm in the UK and I know that I'm going to have to go the E-bay route - a couple of buddies of mine are at SDCC and they are all trying to get hold of a Lucius for me but to be honest, I don't hold out much hope.

But remember the message - DO NOT BE A SCALPER!!!!!!!!

My wife would be seriously pissed if after letting me go alone to the con this year I dont bring her back the Malfoy. She has every other HP piece in her collection so far.
