No, they don't clear out Hall H. They are having 15 minutes breaks between panels this year (something they didn't do last year) but people don't have to clear out.

Also, since I am technically attending as a "Professional Guest" does that mean I can pull rank and circumvent panel lines?

I don't think so unless you have a press pass of somekind. You're just like all the rest of us Joe Schmos or Joesphene Schmos.

Really? That's weird. I would think it would be a lot easier to get a Press pass than a Professional Guest pass (this is my first year getting one, and it was at LFL's behest). But doesn't matter... most of the fun of the Con is hanging with pals anyway.

I dont think the Press Pass does much. I had one last year and ONLY SS cared to talk with me everyone else just ignored me pretty much.

Maybe different levels of press passes? I know someone that had one and they were able to pull rank for a couple of things during and around the convention.

Even with a press pass it doesn't get you in early.

I missed Heroes and Battlestar Galactica last year because I couldn't stand sitting through the stupid Snoop Dogg panel early Saturday. I left and couldn't get back into the ballroom after that.

Every year there are only a few panels that I really want to see. And it never fails- that those panels conflict with another. And every year it sucks.
