SDCC stuff

Flight arrives at 10 43 am on Tuesday the 24 and so yes I will be there for preview night. That Tuesday is for me to go to the zoo

For all of you flying in to SDCC don't forget you can stay a lil ways away and make use of the trains. We stayed in National City (Yes I know its Ghetto) and took the train up every day and it worked great.

Yeah... picking up your badge on preview night is the best way to go if you can. Then you're stress free for the rest of the weekend.

I usually miss preview night because my LA City Softball team plays Wednesday night and they need me! I mash, baby!

Yes, it is ghetto. But, he makes a good point everyone. I use the trolley to get there. But, i don't recommend it for those traveling alone, specially the ladies. Very risky specially during Friday and Sat. many drunks rome the downtown area

When can we expect the lists of exclusives to start going up? Im excited to see what there is this year. Hopefully Mezco gives me something worthwhile to suck me into full sized Family Guy. Who knows, I may even get sucked into AA's Star Trek line. Ahh then there is MR with the scaled replicas and hopefully more Muppet posers.

Well, probably not till May at the earliest for most companies. SS seems to do it like a month in advance so like Juneish.

It was so crowded I think it would be safe during SDCC or any other big event but yeah on regular nights its a big difference. It would also make a difference where you live/grew up. If you grew up in big city areas you are better ay knowing what to watch for.

Even with as big as it is at 2am on Saturday and Sunday mornings it can be pretty interesting. The streets are virtually empty (same with the convention center) except some night owls, homeless and rude drunk people. I wouldn't venture out alone at that time though....I always have a friend or two with me.
