Serious custom figure help

I wanted to get a figure made of my girlf friend as a unique gift for an anniversary. Though with the company doing it they must have a base figure suitable for it. I'm thinking ideally a 6" figure, of Hispanic like skin color. Any one know of realistic shaped base figures? Is it possible to have one completely custom made? If anyone on here has extensive knowledge with custom figures I can email you pictures and info for a description and a visual of what exactly I'm looking for. I'm new to to all this, I honestly don't know much about figures, nor the market for them and how the process is done in making them. Any help/advice regarding this would be appreciated! Thanks!

Bumping it up to 1:6 scale, IMHO, would be a hell of a lot easier.

If I did 12", what are the possibilities?

Depends on what you want. 6" scale would probably require mostly custom stuff whereas 1:6 (12") could potentially be kitbashed from products readily available.

An. Do you know of anyone or any company that does quality 100% custom figures? Hard to explain what I want unless you saw pictures.

Company? No. But if you poke around these boards, there's tons of individuals who do that kind of work here. And do tremendous jobs. There are some lemons too, just take a look in the custom section, and see for yourself.
