Why would you clone your girlfriend or your wife? The whole point of cheating is to do it with someone else.

but seriously... yes. anything that is not the original person, whether it be a twin, clone, whatever... it's a different person. Even if every part of that person is exactly the same. Sex with a different person = cheating.

Serious Answer: That would be impossible. Clones would have the same DNA and would even look the same as the person being cloned but they wouldn't have the same thoughts, feelings, memories, etc. Their entire personality would be dependent on how they were raised. So unless they experienced every single thing in a lifetime as the cell donor they wouldn't be the same. Other than looking the same, and even that would vary slightly i.e. no kids, no weight gain.

At the very least you could openly cheat with them because people would just think you were out with your spouse.
