SH Figuarts Naruto figures

I've collected Dragon Ball Z Figuart Zeroes and once I saw the Sasuke/Naruto Figuarts Zero, I knew I was screwed.

Now they seem to be releasing quite a lot. This ****shi Sensei is ridiculous. It has to be near 12"...

The only zero I have is gotenks and that one wasnt quite enough to get me collecting the whole line. But those naruto and sasuke ones are so tempting, they look incredible! I'm really trying to budget and only buy the figures I know I really want but tamashii is making that so difficult for me hahah

They do look awesome! Luckily for me I prefer articulated figures over static figures, so it makes passing on zeros a little bit easier for me. But these naruto ones are looking great, extremely tempting. I just have so many sh figuarts that are coming up that I wanna get (like all the dbz ones, all the naruto ones, sora and king mickey) that I don't have a budget to really branch out and get anything else

That's understandable. I've branched into a lot more Tamashii lines than I really should have but if it's a good product, it's difficult to pass up. There are certain lines that I make exceptions for though. For Dragon Ball, I've gone for S.H.Figuarts, Figuarts Zeroes, and Figuarts Zero EXs. For Naruto, I'll certainly go both S.H.Figuarts and Figuarts Zeroes. For Sailor Moon, strictly S.H.Figuarts.

I'm glad to see that the Naruto line is gaining popularity.

I'm so glad the Naruto line is thriving now. It started out so rocky (the first naruto looks pretty terrible imo) but the figures they're cranking out now are awesome

Yeah, I never went back to buy either Naruto or Sasuke. I started with the Sage Mode Naruto. He's good but I think he can be better so I imagine a new Naruto will be released soon. All of the newer ones are look amazing and they really stand out from the early releases.

You're not missing much. The og sasuke is alright but the og naruto is pretty terrible, especially for a figuarts figure. I compared it to my dbz ones when I first got it and I was like "seriously, THIS is what they gave us?" But the newer ones look spot on, definitely higher quality

Looks like we are getting a new Sage Mode Naruto in April 2018 with the red robes & scroll.

Hope it's the same one as in the pictures or better!!

Man thats kind of a bummer. I bought the first robe gpslot had for Sage Mode Naruto, but had I known about this I would have held off. I'm more so bummed out because this Sage Mode Naruto with the robe and scroll is the one we should have gotten in the first place rather than the one without them. I would've preferred getting sage of six paths naruto or a new character first over this one. If it looks really good and comes with new faces I'll still probably pick it up, but right now its a maybe for me

It certainly won't have a cloth cape so, if you prefer cloth capes, the custom made one is your best option.

I'm hoping the articulation is going to be updated. As much as I like the prototype, it needs updating and some cool accessories.

The only reason I bought the cloth cloak was because the original sage mode naruto figure didn't come with the cloak and scroll. If I'd known about this version though I wouldn't have bought the cloth one. Oh well, it still looks nice and I do like it, I just can't keep it in a pose because it doesn't have a wire frame in it. Hopefully I won't feel the need to get this new one and I can save some money haha

Sage Mode Naruto at NYCC. It looks like the shoulder articulation has been updated since the first prototype they showed, but that looks to be about the only change

I really want them to change those legs. The majority of new figures in general from Tamashii have that design. Absolutely no reason for Naruto not to have it.
