It's just a sign of the times. No everyone can afford or wants to pay $350 for a statue nowadays.

Also ES isn't as important to some as it is to others. I know it isn't important to me.

EDIT: BTW...Sideshow's site says the Ex is sold out.

LOL, I will just give you an example.

Recently, I ordered (and have received) the Asajj Ventress life size bust. However, when this free shipping sale went up, I decided to check her and see if they were offering her for free shipping. Keep in mind that she only has an ES of 250 to start with, and that in one of the last few newsletters, she was listed as low stock, with only 25 pieces, or less, left.

So, I go to look at her page. She is suddenly on backorder status, and her estimated ship date is labeled "2 weeks after order is placed."

Hmm, interesting that the free shipping sale only goes from November 28th - December 9. Interestingly enough, that is a 2 week timeframe. 'Nuff said.

Now, keep in mind, I am not pissed, or upset or mad in any way. I just think that it's shady to do something of this nature, than to simply say "Free shipping on in stock items, but restrictions apply," and list the types of items (such as life size busts) that do not offer free shipping.

Why is that so hard to do?

Moving on. So, Shaak Ti is sold out now, huh? That's awesome. I'm excited for her. My Darth Maul and EX Emperor are arriving today, and I just purchased an EX Aurra Sing as well.
