Did you try to access chat from another page other than the homepage? Because the same thing happened to me. Then I tried to access it from another part of the forum, and it worked fine.

It's actually an Apple product, so if you're on a Mac and can't get it to work...

perhaps it's operator error? You might have to disable popup blockers too.

I can get in with ease and I am on a Mac.
