Terrific posing as usual davejames. Might need to pick up a Scout Trooper afterall. Jynn looks fantastic as well.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone! Heres the regular trooper of the 2 pack in all his glory

That looks awesome, davejames. I?m not sure I have the patience to tie everything in to being controlled by one switch, but your setup is definitely something to strive for. Well done.

Well after 5 or so years of collecting I was frankly starting to get a bit bored with it, so this was kind of a way to breathe some new life into it and make the figures a bit more fun to look at.

I can't afford one of those huge, fancy "man caves" that others on here have, but at least I can do this. :D

Thanks guys!

Just the original ones that come with the figures. Unless you're referring to the shelf lights, which are some dimmable tape LEDs I got off Amazon.

No i meant the shelf lights.
And those work well? Easy to set up etc?

Well they are a bit more work than the dioders from IKEA since you're wiring it up yourself, but the diagrams on Amazon explain the process perfectly well. And for me it's worth it to have the daylight color that you can adjust the brightness on. Plus you can wire up a lot more shelves for a lot less money. These are the only parts I used:

Bookmarked as a future reference.

He doesn't need your approval on what figure to buy. I actually expected one of you trolls to show up to insult "HIS" choice on which figure to spend "HIS MONEY" on and on que you showed up with your negative post. People don't have to choose what you think they should choose. Buy what you want and shut the hell up instead of telling others what to buy.

I have over 60 figures and over 10 of those are first order troopers because I prefer that design over the ot troopers and as a bonus deals can be found on them. I intend to add more of them to my collection because it's what I want to do. People like you for some reason are not satisfied with buying what you want. You want to tell others what to buy also. Take care of whatever is going on in your life I would advise.

Chill the *** out dude. Everyone entirely entitled to their opinions. I did not insult, attack, nor told him to have my "approval" or whatsoever. Simply asking a question...got it?

and dont lecture me with your non-stop rhetorics about ST this ST that...I dont care.

Thanks!
In Canada our Ikeas no longer sell the Dioder lights. This is definitely a great alternative. I?ll try it out.

Well it took some work, but I finally got all the LEDs in my SW collection wired to light up at once, even down to Yoda's little lamp. :p. The one exception sadly was my Sideshow R2 and it's touch sensor that I wasn't able to bypass (grrr). Anyway, pretty happy with how it turned out. The LED sabers obviously can't compete with the CCFLs, but they still get the job done well enough I think.

And finally here's the same angle with the lights both on and off:

Wow - incredible display! Your poses are nothing short of impressive and really show off your creativity! Love it.

Lol let people enjoy their figures, jesus christ. Not sure if you're just trolling these days or if you're seriously the saltiest person on the planet.

He can?t. Anything involving the ST means he has to go to the thread and complain.

Yup! They* (part of the 2 pack with the heavy gunner) were.

A) I'm a big sequel fan and absolutely love the FO Trooper designs. They're the perfect evolution of the OT Troopers. ESPECIALLY the further changes made to them in TLJ.

B) They came with a $275 credit with purchase to BBTS which made it all the sweeter.

C) I have a lot of fun ideas in my head for photos with the Mythos Fett surviving and operating in the Sequel era.

D) it's a very impressive figure

E) I heard you didnt like this figure, so I bought it for that reason alone

I?ve heard bad things about actual posting of the figure. Is it that hard? Particularly the suit underneath it is supposedly very stiff

Ahoy Shipmates!
Luke got his ride earlier in the week. A fun piece and looking forward to displaying it in my ever growing Tatooine environment. Nice work, Jazz!
Also looking forward to modding this badboy with extra wear and damage. I'll post progress in my customs thread.
Cheers,
Ahab

Nice. Would love to see some more in hand pics of the speeder from different angles.

That speeder looks really great, but every time I see it I wonder if it isn't a touch under-scaled? What's your in-hand impression?

In photos, it does come across that way from some angles. In hand, it feels pretty good. In a perfect world, I'd stretch the width of the body about 1/4 to 3/8" just so the figures weren't so tight against one another. Granted it was a tight fit in the original prop too., All in all, it looks great on display.
I'll post some pics today.
