I haven't received a final invoice yet, so I don't know what I was actually charged for shipping. And no, I didn't get the number I was looking for.

Yeah, I didn't try to get UPS estimates because Sideshow ships packages over $100 through FedEx.

Ah. Because normal mail carriers charge you based on weight, not volume -- unlike FedEx.

So I thought that people who use FedEx ought not to expect any savings; but those able to use Royal Mail should see it.

I think SS should be more careful in what they say - obviously we run with this stuff:

Ex. "Perfection takes time," "save you on shipping"

I may have missed it, but I interpreted both of those statements as being more tongue-in-cheek than literal.

Sounds like they are telling people what they want to hear. SS should tell their teen staff to keep it zipped or face pissing people off and losing customers.

I truly think they have gotten big enough not to care if you cancel and never do business with them again.

I thought it very odd that I had received the shipping notice but no e-mail to warn of cc being charged and NO invoice, which outlines shipping costs.

I was surprised to see my cc charged this morning, but I did get an invoice...shipping for me was $16.51

Some of you should take advantage of Sideshow's return policy. If you feel the Fett quality is not there once you have received it, send it back
