Go Ask Malice is missing from this collection because Jenn has it with her in LA.

I am also showing 2 discs signed by cast members. I'm hoping Jenn can get James to sign the other while she's in LA. She couldn't a few weeks ago cause he had to leave but I am hoping he goes back in before she's back in TX. If not, it will be signed in Nov. YAY.

Very cool, BG! :rock

Now, I have to ask. Do you still play the Season Six discs even though they're autographed? Or are they "retired"? I'd be too nervous to even touch those. :lol

We do not play them. Since we have two sets of The Chosen collection we have no issue with it. :D

How is the Chosen Collection? I have the original "fat" box sets (S1 - S7), so I never got around to buying the Chosen version. Was it worth it? (I'm sure I know the answer, since you own two....BUT, I have to ask anyway.) :lol

The Chosen collection is wonderful. I feel like I need to wear gloves and carry them like they're a piece of glass though. Haha. Not really...I just take care with them.

Definitely well worth the money. I don't know what you can get them for today, but with my pre-order of the first one I paid 120 on Amazon. That was long ago though. They may be cheaper now.

Yep, just found a buy it now for $90, free shipping.

They do. You get the bonus disc, a letter from Joss and a book. The book has all the episodes with descriptions and photos.

The Angel box set is gorgeous. To me it is nicer than Buffy's. But you don't get anything extra with it. It comes with the book though which has some great photos. I guess you can call that an extra. Both sets are well worth the money.

i love my choosen collection. the outer box is the best part. i like the fold down panel with the Slayer's mission statement printed on it. the book is beautiful. i like how the spines of the season paks form a giant mural. there are a few things i don't like though. the trays that hold the discs are like fragile glass. a few of mine are broken along the edges. no big deal to me but i heard a lot of people got broken sets so this is quite common. also the trays are just hinged together with clear tape which is just cheap. i also don't like that the cast photos on the covers of each disc pack are buried in the red blood design. they should be color pictures over the top like they have on the spines. i also wish they would have reprinted the disc labels to all be red and white to match the box. they just reused all the discs from the previous sets and some of those colors really clash. new menu screens and everything would have been nice too. it's a great box set though. better than many that they release today and i'm glad they didn't use paper sleeves to hold the discs cuz that is a big no-no. i still keep all my digi-pak sets though cuz i think those are some of the nicest season set packages i've seen. it's hard to part with them. anyway. carry on.

I'm going to attempt to take some new photos (on a piece by piece basis) here this weekend of my collection. I'm trying to get some material for a back drop etc. to make the photos look somewhat decent. :lol

Ah, the wonders of boredom....

Rather than post a bunch of photos all at once of my entire collection, I've decided to post new photos on occasion, in efforts to keep the thread alive. (Plus, it will help me to hone my photo-taking ability!)

Enjoy, and here we go!
