It is a Skiman sculpt, I bought it about 5 years ago from someone who bought it direct from Skiman, I have made a few attempts to put it together but was never satisfied with the results. I think I'm on to something this time

Definitely! The body is spot on. I used that type for my Roadblock.

Bodies are Mezco One 12th and 1/12th Crazyfigure.
