You could try dyeing HT Ryo (City Hunter) pants from Black to the desired color.

I'm going to experiment with the joker pants. Will probably dye them tomorrow. I'll let you know it it works as another option besides the Sweeney Todd pants.

Finally got around to starting my Butcher - took forever to assemble the parts necessary to start. Happy with what I've got so far - Moe's coat ordered. Just need to organise a belt now and add the leather to the pants.

Done myself, I bought a sash from battle gear toys, had to bleach it a bit and then did the crayola trick.
