Thats going to look great when its done.

I think I may have found a new sub hobby to 1/6 collecting. Building Wolverines. I just got all the parts to do mine and already want to start a new one.

Yeah, pictures tend to make things like that look worse than they do in real life. I'd love to see how it looks in the blue flannel though! I bet that would complement the brown of the jacket nicely.

Here you go. I like the look of this shirt better. I also weathered the jacket a little. I'm going to call this one done.

Here are some pics of the Headplay Origins sculpt, several people have asked me for them. Note, that's not the final outfit for my origins bash, I just threw it together for these pictures. Shirt and coat are from Kit, head from Headplay.

If someone who has the authentic HT sculpt could comment on the accuracy, that would be awesome!

Looks like a promising custom, Freedom! Thanks for posting the headplay Origins sculpt! It looks good, though I scrapped the thoughts of buying it. They just jacked up the price -- it's now $50 while it was just $40 2 nights ago. I guess they noticed that the old sculpt still is popular among customizers. Sigh.

Anyway, here's an online photo of the authentic one vs the bootleg headsculpt that came with the fake boxed set.

Getting closer....

That's great man! If I can make a suggestion or perhaps you were going to do it anyway, he should have more hair in the back I think. Not a lot, just more.

The fake looks like he's on Jersey Shore :lol

So for that bash, I used one of the knockoff TTM19 bodies sold by kit(hitfigure I think?), and the neck peg is too small for hot toys heads. Is there a good way to mod it without messing up my headsculpts? I was thinking electrical tape to bulk it up, but I don't want to get goop from the tape inside the headsculpt socket...

You can try plummers tape on the peg or poster tack :wink1:
