Very nice dios. I never had the money/time to get into LOTR tabletop. So much cool things to build with.

these sit on my shelves .... diorama's I made with the armies of Middle Earth figures.

I am trying to complete collecting enough figures for a massive Helms Deep diorama that should be as large as a good sized ping pong table.

These are those really small figures aren't they?

I have a bunch of them stored away somewhere. Looks awesome man.

Well if you decide you want your figures to live on in immortality in a recreation of Helms Deep just drop me a line.

By a weird coincidence I just picked up nine more elves today.

Yeah, if I get time, I'll hunt em' down this weekend and let you know which ones you have.

I use to have the little Helm's Deep, but I think it got sold or given away.

Edit:

I was browsing my photobucket because I swear I shot some pics for someone who was interested in them a while back.

I have a bunch more but here they are:

Not too sure where to ask this....

So I just got the SSC's 1/6 Legolas figure, but the head won't snap into the neck, it just keeps falling off. Any tips? It's like the neck joint is too small.

To be fair, the guy a bought it from told me about it but I'm not to sure how to fix it.

If the water method does not work try adding a small drop of super glue on the neck post then push it on. I've never had a issue with SS heads staying on, normally they are a bugger getting off. The small amount of glue will keep it on but still allow you to take it off if you decide to upgrade to a better body.

Got it done! Thanks again for Leggy buddy!

Here's a crappy iPhone pic, if I get to it, I'll take a few better ones.

Have you done anymore dioramas as of late? I really like all of them.:hi5:

Thank you. Two years ago I came out of retirement to take a political job with the State. That has placed my building on hiatus although I hope to get back to Helms Deep this year. The big obstacle has been getting my basement waterproofed so I had somewhere to both build it and display it. And that was accomplished last year at no small expense.

Now if I can just get the necessary remaining figures all will be set.

I started Morgoth creating the first great dragon and have about 75% of it done.

Ok, got him all futzed and sorted, my first LOTR figure... some better quality pics:

Aragorn next!

Also, (shameless plug) I'm looking for the Darren sculpt. If you have one you want to sell, PM me. :duff

Hello everyone I'm new so be gentle, my collection is humbled by some of you guys, I'm from the u.k and I pre-ordered the twilight ringwraith from sideshow, its my first pre-order from them, any experiences?

Thanks guys, I went of the collecting for a while and sold some stuff but I've got the buzz for it again due to the maquette line.

The SS line and the Weta lines are good lines to get involved in. Or go back and pick up some of the SSW line to add even more goodness :rock
