Oh yeah now I see it too. Maybe those are interchangeable heads? First one is when he is out of his cage and the second one is when he is in the the barrel and not melted?

I don't wanna burst any bubbles of hope but I'm not doing TROTLD... at least not yet!!!! The head sculpt you're referring to does look close to the pre-melted TARMAN but I assure it isn't. When you see the finished prototype you'll know what I mean.
